A dacoit film

In a scenic village in India live two love-birds, Pooja Choudhry and Suraj. Both are childhood sweethearts and would like to get married soon. The only ones opposed to their marriage are Guddo and Vimla, their respective mothers, while their respective fathers have already given their blessings to them. Facing strong opposition, Suraj and Pooja elope, hoping that their mothers will have a change of heart. Before that could happen, Pooja disappears and the only clue that Suraj has is that she may be imprisoned in a local, reportedly haunted, castle - from where no one has ever returned alive to tell the tale.

Rupert Bull tries to run an antiques shop, but knows nothing about antiques. He is both helped and hindered by his incompetent staff and his disillusioned sister.

Bull is a brand new comedy with a unique and quirky sense of humour, featuring the eponymous Rupert Bull (Robert Lindsay), a man who attempts to run his antiques shop aided and hampered in equal measure by his team of dysfunctional staff, Beverley (Maureen Lipman), Faye (Claudia Jessie) and Toby (Naz Osmanoglu).

Bull is a short-lived American drama series created by Michael S. Chernuchin, who had worked on Law & Order and Brooklyn South in 2000. It was TNT's first original series, and was cancelled in the middle of Season 1. The show's name is in reference to the bull market, but the airing of the series coincided with the dot-com bubble crash that turned what had until then been a bull economy in the United States into a bear market.
